The Right Of Private Contracting

The power of this right is that it is absolute, and
in the words of the Constitution it is unalienable,
meaning it cannot be separated from you.

Private contracting allows anything and everything
that is lawful to be done by right, without permission
from or limitation from any statutory authority.

The "right of private contract" was well recognized
prior to the inception of this country and was
guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States
of America. The Constitution provides an unlimited right
to make private contracts by individuals. That right
has been upheld by the courts and the laws of the land,
without exception.

This post introduces you to Private Contracting System combining education, consulting, and trusteeship. This system was designed to personally guide anyone to a simple, unique solution to achieve three primary objectives:

Asset Protection
Protecting your assets regardless of who try
to attach or take them.
Estate Planning -
Assures assets are conveyed to heirs according
to the contract and without probate.
Tax Planning -
Uses the opportunities and strategies of private
contracting to reduce or eliminate taxes

When the principles within the Private Contracting System
are applied, the three objectives will be gained through
a private contract known as a Pure Contractual Trust.

"You have rights antecedent to all earthly governments;
rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws;
rights derived from the Great Legislator of the Universe."

John Adams
Second President of the United States
