Speech is simply a projection of thought. Therefore all that is valid for the art of thinking is valid for the art of speaking. Right speech has its basis in right thinking.
Speech is the expression of the heart together with the mind. Therefore for speech to be right it is necessary for the heart and mind to be right.
One word from you reveals your inner quality. Softness of speech expresses the nature of the heart, and the degree of logic, imagination or creativity of the expression reveals the culture of the mind. The extent of your evolution can be judged by a single word uttered by you.
Speech is a delicate medium between a man/woman and his/her surroundings. It is highly important for the well-being of your surroundings that you should be skilled in the Art Of Speech, because one wrong word produces a wrong influence in the atmosphere. You my change your attitude or your manner of behaviour, but the word that your have spoken can never be withdrawn. The influence that you have created on those who hear you and in the atmosphere around you can never be withdrawn; therefore, it is highly important to possess the Art Of Right Speech

For example: a business person sitting with their friend in the evening, who suddenly thinks of something that they must tell their manager the next day. It would be quit out of place if they began to express their thoughts there and then. This is what is meant by the Art Of Speaking being more selective and, consequently, a more advanced art than the Art Of Thinking.
Speech must be in keeping with the atmosphere. A thought and its expression as speech should be such as to be welcomed by the surroundings. Hundreds of words unsuitable to the atmosphere will prove futile where one right word will achieve the purpose.
Thus the Art Of Right Speaking embraces not only the Art Of Right Thinking but also the skill of using expressions in keeping with the atmosphere.

1. Creator and Exchangor (A) create basic Contract (Trust).
2. Creator and Exchangor appoint two Trustees.
3. Creator, Exchangor, and two Trustees
(A) sign Pure Contract Trust Document (B).
4. Pure Contract Trust Document (B) filed with County Recorder.
5. Trustees (A), by means of separate private
Contract, appoint Managing Directors (D).
6. Above appointment also recorded in first (private) Trust Minutes (E).
7. Pure Contract Trust Document (B) contains no references or
links to Managing Directors (D).
8. Pure Contract Trust Organization (created by B) has legal and
equitable title to Trust assets.
9. Managing Director(s) (D) has/have complete, practical control

Sovereign Individuals - meaning they have taken the necessary
steps to eliminate "hidden" or "adhesion" contracts associated
with birth certificates, social security numbers, driver's,
etc. In general, they are not subject to statutory control.
(b) The Pure Contract Trust Document, signed by the above
parties, notarized, and recorded by the County Recorder
in Maricopa, Arizona.
(c) The Minutes of the first Trustee meeting, where the
Trustees pass a resolution to appoint the Managing Director(s).
(d) The signed and notarized Contract appointing the
Managing Director(s). As soon as the purchaser - the Managing
Director(s) - receives the above documents, the Managing
Director(s) only have to sign the Contract and get his/their
signature(s) notarized, and the Pure Contract Trust is ready for use.
